摘　　要：目的分析原发性视网膜色素变性(primary retinitis pigmentosa,PRP)患者血清脂蛋白含量变化情况。方法测量165例PRP患者血清中载脂蛋白A-I(apolipoprotein AI,APO A-I)、载脂蛋白B(apolipoprotein B,APO B)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(high density lipo-protein cholesterol,HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(low density lipoprotein cholesterol,LDL-C)含量,与正常标准值进行比较,分析PRP患者体内脂蛋白胆固醇和载脂蛋白血清含量的变化情况。结果研究发现,58.18%患者血清APO A-I含量异常,且53.94%低于正常值下限;12.12%患者血清APO B含量异常,且均高于正常值上限;27.88%患者血清HDL-C含量异常;56.36%患者血清LDL-C含量异常,且39.39%低于正常值下限。高脂蛋白系统APO A-I/HDL-C组中,除33.33%患者两者血清含量均正常外,主要表现为37.58%患者APO A-I下降而HDL-C正常;低脂蛋白系统APO B/LDL-C组中,除39.34%患者两者血清含量均正常外,主要表现为35.15%患者APO B正常而LDL-C下降。结论 PRP患者血清APO A-I、APO B、HDL-C、LDL-C含量异常现象值得关注,其可能与PRP发病有关。[眼科新进展,2014,34(3):236-238,244]Objective To study the serum lipids changes in primary retinitis pig- mentosa（PRP） patients. Methods A total of 165 patients with PRP were included. The serum levels of apolipoprotein A-I（ APO A-I） ,apolipoprotein B（ APO B） ,high den- sity lipoprotein cholesterol （ HDL-C ）, and low density lipoprotein cholesterol （ LDL-C ） were measured, and level change tendencies of four proteins were also analyzed com- pared with the levels of four proteins in standard accepted. Results Study found that 58.18% of patients had abnormal serum levels of APO A-I,and 53.94% were below the lower limit of normal;12.12% of patients had abnormal APO B levels which were all a- bove the upper limit of normal; 27. 88% of patients had abnormal content of serum HDL-C;56.35% of patients had abnormal levels of serum LDL-C,and 39.39% were be- low the lower limit of normal. It has also been found that,with APOA-I/HDL-C levels in 165 patients, in addition to the 33.33% of the patients with normal serum levels of both, mainly for 37.58% of the patients had low levels only in APO A-I;concerned with APO B/LDL-C,apart from 39.34% of patients with normal serum levels of both,mainly for 35.15% of patients only had low LDL-C levels. Coneluslon In patients with PRP, ab- normal levels of APO A-I, APO B, HDL-C, and LDL-C in serum will be needed to con- cern, which may be related with occurrence of PRP.
