摘 要:目的评估使用3 a的FEMTO-LDV飞秒激光制瓣的稳定性。方法随机选取2010年10月和2013年5月行飞秒激光制瓣的LASIK患者各60眼,根据手术时间分为2010年组和2013年组,通过对2组患者飞秒激光所制角膜瓣的精确性、一致性、重复性进行对比分析来监测设备的稳定性。结果 2010年组、2013年组制瓣前角膜中央厚度分别为428.5~592.0(534.6±32.1)μm、495.0~618.0(539.9±25.3)μm,2010年组、2013年组所制角膜瓣厚度分别为64.0~108.0(89.1±9.1)μm、66.5~108.5(89.4±8.7)μm,两组间制瓣前角膜中央厚度及所制角膜瓣厚度比较,差异均无统计学意义(均为P>0.05)。实际角膜瓣厚度与预设值之间的差值2010年组、2013年组分别为(-0.93±9.14)μm、(-0.63±8.84)μm,2组实际角膜瓣厚度与预设值之间的差值比较,差异无统计学意义(P=0.855)。在偏差±20μm以内的2010年组、2013年组患者分别为58眼、57眼,占各组总例数的96.67%和95.00%。结论不同阶段飞秒激光设备制作的角膜瓣保持了较好的精确性、一致性和重复性,设备稳定性保持良好。Objective To evaluate the stability of the corner flaps created by LDV femtosecond laser over 3 years. Methods Each 50 eyes underwent LASIK with LDV femtosecond laser were chosen from October 2010 and May 2013, the accuracy, consistency and repeatability of the flaps made by femtosecond laser flaps from differ- ent time periods were observed to monitor the stability of the machine. Results The central corneal thickness before operation were ( 534.5 ±32. 1 )μm ( from 428.5 μm to 592.0 μm) and(539.9 ± 25.3 )μm( from 495.0 μm to 518.0 μm) in 2010 group and 2013 group ,respectively, there was no statistical difference in central retinal thickness and corneal flap thickness between two groups ( all P 〉 0.05 ). The difference between actual flap thickness and default value in 2010 group and 2013 group were( -0.93 ± 9. 14) μm and ( - 0.63 -± 8.84)μm, respectively, there was no statistical difference (P = 0. 855 ). The deviation of 58 eyes in 2010 group and 57 eyes in 2013 group were within ±20 μm,ac- counting for 95.57% and 95.00% of the total eyes. Conclusion The flaps made by femtosecond laser machine in different time periods are keeping good accuracy, consis- tency and repeatability, and the stability of the machine is in good condition.
