眼部上皮性囊肿组织病理学分类和临床特点

摘　　要：目的探讨眼部上皮性囊肿患者的组织病理学分类和临床特点。方法对254例眼部上皮性囊肿患者进行回顾性分析,主要包括年龄、性别、发病部位、组织病理学性质。结果 254例眼部上皮性囊肿患者年龄为5个月～80岁,其中14岁及以下儿童患者52例(20.47%),14岁以上患者202例(79.53%);男115例,女139例;肿瘤部位:眼睑27例(10.63%),结膜35例(13.78%),角巩膜5例(1.97%),虹膜16例(6.30%),外眦部14例(5.51%),内眦部30例(11.81%),眼眶内127例(50.00%)。组织病理学性质:皮样或表皮样囊肿123例(48.43%),畸胎瘤1例(0.39%),单纯上皮性囊肿20例(7.87%),黏液囊肿91例(35.83%),泪腺囊肿1例(0.39%),植入性上皮性囊肿18例(7.09%)。结论眼部上皮性囊肿在不同年龄、不同发病部位的组织病理学性质有其独特特点。Objective To investigate the clinical and histopathology characteris- tics of ocular epithelial cyst. Methods Totally 254 cases with ocular epithelial cyst were reviewed retrospectively. The clinical analysis of ocular occupying lesions included age, sex, location, histopathology of the lesions. Results Two hundred and fifty-four patients were aged from 5 months to 80 year. In the characteristics of age,52 cases （20. 47% ） were children aged less than 14 years, 202 cases （79.53%） aged more than 14 years. In the characteristics of sex, 115 cases were male, 139 cases were female. In the aspect of location of the lesions,there were 27 cases（ 10. 63% ） in eyelid,35 cases （ 13.78% ） in conjunetiva,5 cases（ 1.97% ） in corneosclem, 16 eases（6.30% ） in iris, 14 cases（5.51% ） in lateral angle of eye,30 cases（ll. 81% ） in medial angle of eye,127 cases（50.00% ） in orbit. Histopathology： 123 cases（48.43% ） were epidermoid or der- moid cyst,1 case（O. 39% ） was teratoma,20 cases（7.87% ） were simple epithelial cyst, 91 eases（35.83% ） were mucocele,1 case（O. 39% ） was lacrimal cyst,18 cases（7.09% ） were implantation epithelial cyst. Conclusion The clinical and histopathology characteristics of ocular epithelial cyst are different in age,location,histopathology of the lesions.
