摘 要:自从20世纪90年代蓝光滤过型人工晶状体(intraocular lens,IOL)出现以来,这种既能滤过紫外线又能阻挡蓝光等短波长光的IOL在临床上得到越来越广泛的应用,针对其利弊的争论也一直存在。尽管在细胞学和动物实验中有较多研究支持光的视网膜毒性作用,但鲜有临床依据说明该种IOL潜在的视网膜保护作用。有研究者认为蓝光滤过将影响人眼的视觉功能如对比敏感度、色觉,甚至影响人的生物节律。本文将从光的视网膜毒性作用,蓝光对生物节律、色觉及对比敏感度影响等多方面进行综述。Blue light-filtering intraocular lens that blocking both ultraviolet and blue light has been widely used since they were introduced in the 1990s. The potential benefits and side effects of blocking blue light has been debated. Much of the evidence for photoprotection is theoretical or based on observations in cell culture or animal ex- periments with little clinical information. Some researcher think that the blue light-filte- ring intraocular lens may be affect some visual function of human eye, such as contrast sensitivity, color vision, even circadian rhythms. This article reviews the effects of blue light-filtering intraocular lens on contrast sensitivity, color vision and circadian rhythms from the retinal light toxic action.
