地佐辛和氟比洛芬酯用于颌面外科手术全身麻醉气管插管术后咽痛的比较

摘　　要：目的:比较地佐辛和氟比洛芬酯用于颌面外科手术全身麻醉气管插管术后咽痛的效果。方法:颌面外科手术患者90例,随机分为对照组(C组)、氟比洛芬酯组(F组)和地佐辛组(D组),每组30例患者。手术结束前30min,3组分别静脉注射生理盐水、氟比洛芬酯(1 mg/kg)或地佐辛(0.1 mg/kg)。记录患者拔管后0.5 h、1 h、2 h、6 h咽痛的疼痛视觉模拟评分(visual analogue scale,VAS)、伯格曼舒适度评分(Bruggrmann comfort scale,BCS)以及每组的咽痛例数。结果:F组与C组术后咽痛的发生率差异无统计学意义,D组咽痛的发生率显著降低(P<0.05)。术后0.5 h、1 h时,F组咽痛的VAS低于C组(P<0.01),BCS高于C组(P<0.05);术后2 h、6 h时,F组的VAS、BCS评分与C组相比差异无统计学意义。D组术后咽痛的VAS低于F组,BCS高于F组。结论:地佐辛用于防治颌面外科手术全身麻醉气管插管的术后咽痛具有较好的作用。Objective： To compare the effects between dezocine and flurbiprofen axetil on postoperative sore throat （POST） after maxillofacial procedures. Methods： In the study, 90 adult patients with maxil- lofacial diseases were divided randomly into control group （group C）, flurbiprofen group （group F） and dezocine group （group D）. Physiological saline, flurbiprofen axetil （1 mg/kg） and dezocine （0.1 mg/ kg） were administered intravenously for each group 30 minutes before the end of the operation. We recor- ded visual analogue scale （VAS） and Bruggrmann comfort scale （BCS） at the time points of 0.5 h, 1 h, 2 h, and 6 h after extubation. Results： The incidence of POST in group D decreased significantly （P 〈 0.05）. There was no difference between the incidences of groups F and C. The VAS of group F was lower than that of group C （P 〈 0.01 ） just at the time points of 0.5 h and 1 h after extubation, from then on, there was no difference between the 2 groups. The VAS of group D was lower than that of group F, and the BCS was higher than that of group F significantly. Conclusion： Dezocine has notable analgesia effect for postoperative sore throat, so it is a better choice to carry out postoperative analgesia after maxillofacial procedures.
