摘 要:【目的】考察纳米TiO2:C薄膜涂层的抗菌性能,为其在种植体周围炎防治中的应用奠定实验基础。【方法】制备TiO2及TiO2:C薄膜涂层,根据贴膜法,每个样品做3个平行样,每个样品重复3次实验,检测其对不同口腔常见细菌的抗菌效果;通过X射线能谱仪检测牙龈卟啉单胞菌胞膜的离子种类并计算离子含量,从而分析探讨纳米TiO2:C薄膜涂层的抗菌机理。【结果】本研究合成的纳米TiO2:C薄膜涂层厚度均匀,对口腔常见细菌20 min可见光催化抗菌率均达到90%以上,具有良好的抗菌效果。X射线能谱显示牙龈卟啉单胞菌Na离子、Ca离子含量随着光催化时间的延长而降低,而P元素变化趋势无规律。【结论】纳米TiO2:C薄膜涂层对口腔细菌有很强的抗菌效果,改善了基体材料的抗菌性能。纳米TiO2:C薄膜涂层的可见光催化抗菌机理之一可能为改变细胞膜的结构,影响细胞膜的通透性。[Objective] In this study, antibacterial effect of TiO2: C composite thin film was investigated aiming to lay foundation for the use of this film in prevention and treatment of peri-implantitis. [Methods] Scanning electron microscope (SEM) was used to study the morphology of this coating film and the nick-fastness of the coating was analyzed by an automatic coat adhesion tester. The antibacterial efficacy of the TiO2: C composite film was tested by film applicator coating method. Antibacterial mechanism of TiO2: C composite film was discussed by X-ray energy dispersion spectrum (XED). [Results] More than 90% of bacterium were killed within 20 minutes which confirm fine antibacterial effect of the film. The results of XED showed that, under the visible light photochemical catalysis of TiO2: C thin film, constitution and permeability of P.gingivalis cellular membrane could be changed which result in functional change. [Conclusion] With outstanding antibacterial property, the TiO2:C composite thin film will be a potential coating material of micro-implant.
