经左胸小切口联合管状胃切除术治疗食管癌34例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的：探讨经左胸小切口联合管状胃切除术治疗食管癌的临床疗效，为临床推广做指导。方法选择我院自2010年1月～2012年1月收治的68例食管癌患者为研究对象，将其完全随机分为两组，治疗组给予经左胸小切口联合管状胃切除术治疗，对照组则给予常规开胸手术治疗,对比观察两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果（1）治疗组患者的手术各项指标明显优于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；（2）治疗组的术后并发症发病率为8.82%，明显低于对照组,29.41%，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论经左胸小切口联合管状胃切除术治疗食管癌的临床治疗效果显著，且安全性高，值得临床广泛推广。Objective To investigate clinical efficacy of through left small incision joint tubular gastrectomy in the treatment of esophageal cancer,which made guidance for clinical application. Methods Selected 64 cases patients admitted to our hospital from January 2010 to January 2012 were divided into control group（given conventional thoracotomy surgical treatment） and treatment group （given through left small incision joint tubular gastrectomy）,the clinical efficacy of two groups were compared. Results（1）The surgery indicators of treatment group were better than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant（P ＆lt; 0.05）;（2）The incidence of postoperative complications of treatment group（8.82%）was lower than that of control group（29.41%）,the difference was statistically significant（P ＆lt; 0.05）.Conclusion Through left small incision joint tubular gastrectomy have a significant effect on treating esophageal cancer,which is worthy of clinical widely.
