摘　　要：报告1例动脉瘤样纤维组织细胞瘤。患者男,82岁。左上臂伸侧皮肤结节4个月余,无痛痒,逐渐增大就诊。皮肤科检查:左上臂伸侧可见一花生大暗红色结节。皮损组织病理检查:纤维组织细胞瘤结构中可见出血性腔隙。手术切除结节,随访至今无复发。We here present a case of aneurysmal fibrous histiocytoma. A 82-year-old man presented with a history of nodule on the extensor of his left upper arm and gradually enlarged for 4 months without symptom. Physical examination revealed a dark red nodule on the extensor of the left upper arm. Histopathology showed blood-filled spaces within the fibrous histiocytoma. After excision of nodule no recurrence occurred in the follow-up.
