摘 要:高强度双相钢(DP steel)板塑性成形的主要缺陷为回弹。对DP600钢试样加热至740℃保温8 min后水淬降温至200℃且保温1 h。通过扫描电镜(SEM)测试DP钢中铁素体与马氏体相的体积分数,观察并分析微观组织晶粒形貌;应用单向拉伸实验,测试原材料与热处理后的材料力学性能;通过修正的Chaboche模型,计算了DP钢回弹值,分析了屈服强度、抗拉强度、弹性模量与泊松比对回弹量的影响。分析了修正的Chaboche模型的计算值与测量值的误差。结果表明,修正的Chaboche模型能准确地预测DP钢板冲压回弹值。The main defects of plastic forming plate of high strength dual phase steel (Dual phase steel, DP) are spring-back. DP600 samples were heated to 740℃ for 8 rain and then quenched in water to 200 *C for lh. The volume fractions of ferrite and martensite in DP steel were measured, and the microstructure morphology was observed and analyzed by scanning electron microscopy; mechanical properties of raw materials and after heat treatment were tested by simple tension; DP steel spring-back value was calculated by modified Chaboche model, and the influences of yield stress, tensile strength, Young modulus and Poisson ratio on spring-back were investigated. The errors between value calculated by modified Chaboche model and measured value were analyzed. The results indicate that modified Chaboche model can accurately predict DP steel stamping spring-back.
