摘　　要：细胞生物学实验教学中,经常需要使用大量相同的细胞样品。通过教学实践,作者发现小鼠S180腹水瘤细胞可作为多个实验的细胞材料。该文阐述了小鼠S180腹水瘤细胞作为细胞生物学实验教学材料的优点和准备方法,可用其进行的细胞实验及具体用法等,旨在为细胞生物学实验教学中的选材提供参考。Abstract In cell biology experiment class, many experiments need the same cell materials. Based on teaching experience, we have found that mouse S180 ascites sarcoma cells can be used in multiple experiments. In this paper, we fully described the advantages of using mouse S 180 ascites sarcoma ceils as experiment materi- als, the methods that are used to prepare the cells, the experiments which the cells can be used in, and the detailed procedures for conducting the experiments. The aim of this paper was to provide some insights for choosing experi- ment materials in the cell biology experiment class.
