摘　　要：马克思主义中国化的价值观坚持了人民的历史主体、发展主体和价值主体地位;中国化对我国基本国情作出了科学的判断;在价值取向上,坚持了辩证法,正确处理了社会主义与资本主义若干重大问题;实事求是,把中国的发展和最广大人民的根本利益作为工作的出发点和落脚点。The values of Marxism in China adhere to the body of the history of the people, the subject of the development and the dominant position of the value; sinicization make a scientific judgment China＇s basic national conditions of our country; in the value orientation, adhere to the dialectic, correct handling of Socialism and Capitalism Several major issues doctrine between socialism and capitalism; to seek truth from facts, the fundamental interests of the overwhelming majority of the people and China＇s development and the people are the starting point and work off the comer.
