摘　　要：集团化办学是加快职教办学机制改革,促进优质资源开放共享的重要探索。针对职业教育集团化的发展,从政府主导、学校龙头、联盟方式、联结关系、联合跨度、合作结合点、组织结构等方面进行分析,从而提出政府、校企、办学、资源等职业教育集团化基本方向和战略任务,构建职业教育人才培养立交桥。Group development is an important embodiment of vocational education system ,which is mainly directed by the government ,guided by the industry and participated by the enterprises .Since vocational education had undergone the group development ,many factors have been analyzed ,such as governmental direction ,school elite ,alliance methods ,union span ,cooperation link and organization and structure ,as a result of which the basic directions and strategies of group development of the voca-tional education are proposed in terms of the government ,enterprises of the school and resources ,and establish the overpass for vocational education .
