成都市犬伤门诊设置及管理定性访谈分析

摘　　要：目的了解成都市主城区犬伤门诊的设置和管理现状,为成都市犬伤门诊进一步规范化建设提供基础资料和依据。方法对成都市21个犬伤门诊的60名医务人员进行个人深入访谈调查。访谈内容包括犬伤门诊的硬件建设、配套设施、管理现状及现存问题等。结果犬伤门诊现况及问题:硬件建设方面,部分犬伤门诊业务用房面积不足和分布不合理,功能分区不全;配套设施方面,部分门诊伤口处理设施、冷链设施和抢救设施需要完善;管理情况方面,部分门诊管理制度执行不严,某些制度不够细化和完善,在犬伤的处置技术和优质服务等方面也需改进。结论犬伤门诊设置与管理需进一步规范和完善,卫生行政部门应建立和制定更详尽的犬伤门诊软硬件配置和管理标准。Objective The study was conducted to assess the current situations on the establishment and management of clinics for canine-caused injuries in downtown Chengdn, so to provide basic information and references for the design of standardized man- agement protocols. Methods 60 medical staffs from 21 dog injury clinics in Chengdu were conducted an one-on-one in-depth in- terview, which inquired about the installation of hardware and supporting facilities, status in management, and existing problems with the clinics. Results Current situation and problems with the clinics included： hardware-wise, some of the clinics had insuffi- cient work space, unreasonable space distribution, and poor floor plan; supporting facility-wise, some of the clinics needed im- provement in wound care, cold chain, and emergency facilities; management-wise, some of the clinics did not strictly enforce their management policies, some of which were not well-defined, either; improvement in medical treatments for canine-caused injuries and quality of service were needed as well. Conclusion Further standardization and improvement are required for the establishment and management of clinics for canine-caused injuries. Healthcare administrative agencies should establish and develop more de- tailed standards for the installation of software and hardware and management of the clinics.
