摘　　要：本文以北部湾经济区企业需求为例,对"订单式"教育模式的涵义及特征进行了解读,分析了现有高校翻译人才培养模式存在的种种弊端,提出校企合作"订单式"人才培养模式的建构策略。This paper mainly discusses the connotation of order -typed mode of cultivating translators and its characteristics by taking the need of enterprises in Beibu Gulf Economic Zone ,analyses the problems existing in current modes of cultivation ,and puts forward the order -typed translator cultivation mode through school -enterprise cooperation.
