摘　　要：青年教师是推动高等教育事业发展的重要力量,是实现高等学校持续、协调、快速发展的重要保证。本文针对高校青年教师培养研究中存在的共性问题,结合天津科技大学实际情况,对高校青年教师培养体系的构建进行了有益的探索实践。Young teachers are an important force in the development of higher education and an important guarantee of sustainable ,coordinated and rapid development of colleges and universities. Based on the existing problems in the cultivation of young teachers in colleges and universities and the reality of Tianjin University of Science and Technology,a research was carried out on the construction of young teachers＇ cultivation system.
