摘　　要：目的探讨分析神经症患者的心理特征并总结相应的护理对策,为临床治疗提供参考依据。方法选取2010年12月—2012年12月来该院临床心理科接受治疗的神经症患者78例,采用针对性的心理护理干预,即对患者的护理影响因素进行综合分析后再进行针对性的心理护理,护理治疗结束后,护理前后的焦虑量表(HAMA)和汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)的评分变化。结果护理干预后HAMA、HADM明显改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过对患者的心理护理影响因素进行分析后给予针对性的心理护理干预,可以显著改善患者的负面心理,使住院时间缩短,帮助患者迅速康复,具有临床推广价值。Objective To analyze and summarize the psychological characteristics of neurosis patients and providing equivalent nursing, offering a reference scientific basis for clinical treatment. Methods 78 neurosis patients, after comprehensive analysis of the factors which may affect targeted psychological nursing intervention, were treated with targeted nursing. After treatment, we compared hospitalization time and quality of nursing care, the anxiety scale （HAMA） and Hamilton depression scale （HAMD） scores before and after. Results Patients treated with psychological nursing intervention showed shorter hospitalization time; HAMA, HADM obviously improved after nursing intervention. Conclusion Patients＂ conditions of prognosis can be significantly improve via pertinent psychological nursing intervention after the analysis of psychological nursing in patients with influence factors.
