摘　　要：体育教学中的组织工作具有重要意义,教师采用怎样的组织策略直接影响到教学的效率,不同的教学方法只有采用相应的教学组织策略才能发挥它的效能。体育课程实施探究式教学是一种新的尝试,合理的教学组织策略的运用,对探究式教学活动的展开和教学效果的提高有着直接的影响。Organization work in PE teaching is of great significance. How teachers choose to use organization strategies will affect teaching efficiency. Only by using corresponding teaching or- ganization strategies according to different teaching methods can it be effective. It is a new experi- ment to adopt exploratory teaching in PE curriculum and proper use of teaching organization strategies will directly affect the implementation of exploratory teaching activities and the en- hancement of teaching effect.
