妥布霉素滴眼液治疗细菌感染性小儿外眼疾病的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的埘比妥布霉素和常用治疗细菌感染性小儿外眼疾病药物的临床疗效，分析妥布霉素在细菌性感染小儿外眼疾病方面的应用安全性。方法选取2011年3月至2013年3月期间在我院治疗的小儿细菌感染性外眼疾病患者155例作为研究对象。随即分为实验组和对照绀，实验组患者采取妥布霉素进行治疗；对照组患者采取氧氟沙星进行治疗。对比两组治疗后的效果、细菌敏感情况、清除细菌率以及不良反应的发生情况。结果实验组患者的临床总有效率为93.3％，对照组患者的总有效率为75．0％，两组比较差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。妥布霉素的细菌敏感度为92．0％，氧氟沙星的细菌敏感度为90．0％，两组比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。妥布霉素的细菌清除率为95．2％，氧氟沙星的细菌清除率为73．5％，两组比较差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。灾验组和对照组分别出现1例和15例眼郜刺激疼痛的不良反应。结论妥布霉素治疗细菌感染性小儿外眼疾病疗效比氧氟沙星湿著，安全性比氧氟沙星高，具有更大的临床应用价值。Objective To compare the clinical efficacy ot tobramycin and commonly used drug in the treatment of bacterial infection in pediatric eye disease, and to analyze security of tobramycin in children with bacterial inf）ction eye diseases. Methods From March 2011 to March 2013 155 children with bacterial infection eye diseases in our hospital were selected as object of study and randomly divided into experimental group and control group. Experimental group was treated with tobramycin, while control group was commonly treated with ofloxacin. Compared the efficacy, bacterial sensitivity, bacterial clearance rate and adverse reactions of two groups after treatment. Results The clinical total effective rate in experimental group was 93.3%, that in control group was 75.0%, with significant difference between two groups （P 〈 0.05）. The bacterial sensitivity of tobramycin was 92.0%, that of ofloxacill was 90.0%, without significant difference （P 〉 0.05）. The bacterial clearance rate of tobramycin was 95.2%, that of ofloxacin was 73.5%, with significant difterence （P 〈 0.05）. There was 1 case of ocular irritation pain in experimental group, and 15 cases in control group. Conclusion Tobramvcin in the treatment of bacterial infection in children with eye disease is more effective than ofloxacin, with high security, worthy of clinical application.
