云南白药治疗消化性溃疡114例疗效观察

摘　　要：对１９２例经胃镜确诊的消化性溃疡患者应用云南白药及雷尼替丁进行治疗观察，并与硫糖铝片、雷尼替丁治疗作对照，观察其对溃疡愈合、并发症、ＨＰ的疗效。结果显示云南白药疼痛缓解率明显高于对照组（Ｐ＜０．０１）；止血效果也明显高于对照组（Ｐ＜０．０１）；溃疡愈合２组间差异无显著性意义（Ｐ＞０．０５）；ＨＰ阴转率较低。认为云南白药治疗消化性溃疡在缓解疼痛和止血方面有肯定疗效，促进溃疡愈合与粘膜保护剂效果相近，对ＨＰ有否抑菌作用待进一步研究。192 cases of peptic ulcer confirmed by gastroscopy were treated by Yun Nan Bai Yao (YNBY) and ranitidine, with ulcerlmin and ranitidine as con- trol. The healing of ulcer, the occurrence of complication and the inhibition of HP were served for the assessment of efficacy. The results showed that the analgesic rate of YNBY was markedly higher than that of control (P < 0. 01); the hemostatic effect of YNBY also markedly higher (P < 0. 01); but the healing of ulcer showed nc significant difference between YNBY and the control (P > 0. 05); and the negative rate of HP was low. It is con- sidered that the YNBY possesses a definite analgesic and hemostatic effect, and its effect for promoting the healing of ulcer is smmilar to the mocosa -protecting agent. The antibacterial effect for HP remains further study.
