摘　　要：目的　探讨肿瘤转移抑制基因 nm2 3H1和粘附分子 E- Cadherin与卵巢浆液性囊腺癌临床及生物学行为之间的关系。方法　用免疫组化 SP法常规步骤检测 nm2 3H1和 E- Cadherin基因产物在组织中的表达。结果　 48例肿瘤原发灶和相应淋巴结中 ,nm2 3H1蛋白表达阳性率 64.58% (31 /48) ;E- Cadherin蛋白阳性率为 45.83% (2 2 /48)。二种基因蛋白表达与临床分期明显负相关 (P<0 .0 5)。 nm2 3H1蛋白表达与组织学分级负相关 (P<0 .0 0 5)。同一标本中 ,二种基因产物表达有较好相关性和一致性。结论　nm2 3H1和 E- Cadherin基因在卵巢浆液性囊腺癌的发展转移中起有重要作用。对这 2种基因的共同检测 ,可能会增加研究结果分析的客观性和准确性。Objective To investgate the relationship among tumor metastasis suppressor gene nm23H\-1、adhesion factor E\|cadherin and Clinical、biological behaviour of serous cystadeno carcinoma of ovary.Methods Immunohistochemistry SP was Performed to examine the expression of nm23H\-1 and E\|cadher in protein.Results Thirty\|one of 48 cancerous specimens showed nm23H\-1 protein positive (64.58%);twenty\|two of 48 samples were E\|cadherin protein positive (45.83%).There were good correlation of protein expression of nm23H\-1、E\|Cadherin and Clinical stage ( P<0.05 ),There was also a fine correlation between nm23H\-1 protein expression and histological grade (P<0.05) .Cosistency is found between protein expression of nm23H\-1 and E\|cadherin in same sample.Conclusion These results suggest that nm23H\-1 and E\|Cadherin genes play an important role in the tumor development and metastases.The objectivity and accuracy of analyses and judgement could be improved as these two genes observed and detected in combination.
