摘　　要：探讨公立医院发展方式问题。总结分析实践经验,提出:公立医院要顺应改革大势,坚持公益性,不断深化医院体制改革,转变发展方式,持续提升医院管理和医疗服务水平,提升医院综合实力和创新发展能力,实现科学发展。To explore the development modes of state owned hospitals. Summarize and analyze practical experience, come up with that state owned hospitals must insist on public benefit, further systematic reform, change the development modes and continually improve hospital management and medical service level, upgrade hospital＆#39;s comprehensive strength and innovaation ability so as to realize scientific development.
