摘　　要：目的:探讨晚期面神经瘫痪患者行改良式胸锁乳突肌瓣移位术的手术配合及护理经验。方法:回顾性分析22例改良式胸锁乳突肌瓣移位术修复晚期面瘫患者的手术护理配合的临床资料,总结改良式胸锁乳突肌瓣移位术修复晚期面瘫的手术配合方法。结果:所有患者手术顺利,手术后均无并发症发生。结论:改良式胸锁乳突肌瓣移位修复晚期面瘫手术复杂、精细,无菌要求高,护理人员须拥有扎实的基础理论、专科知识以及过硬的操作技术,才能保证手术顺利完成,杜绝术后感染及皮瓣坏死导致手术失败。Objective：To summarize the experiences of operation matching in modified sternocleidomastoid flap translocation surgery for late repair facial paralysis patients. Methods：The clinical data of operation matching in 22 patients who undergoing modified sternocleidomastoid flap translocation surgery for late repair facial paralysis were analyzed retrospectively, the strategy of operation matching for modified sternocleidomastoid flap translocation surgery in late repair facial paralyses were summarized.Results：The operations were successfully, and no complication related to the operation was occurred.Conclusion：The modified sternocleidomastoid flap translocation surgery was a delicate procedure which required high quality sterile technique and fine operation matching in the operation room. The basic nursing knowledge and fine techniques were fundamental to nurses for securing the operation and preventing post-operation infection.
