那他霉素滴眼液联合伊曲康唑治疗真菌性角膜炎的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的：观察5％那他霉素滴眼液联合伊曲康唑治疗真菌性角膜炎的疗效。方法：对31例31眼真菌性角膜炎行5％那他霉素滴眼液点眼，并依据病情进行调整用药频次，联合伊曲康唑200mg每天1次口服，观察患者疗效。结果：治疗25—45d，26例治愈；2例好转；3例症状无明显改善，其中2例行结膜瓣遮盖，1例行角膜移植术。结论：那他霉素滴眼液联合伊曲康唑治疗真菌性角膜炎效果良好。Objective：To investigate the clinical effects of 5% natamycin eye drop combined with itraconazole in the treatment of fungal keratitis. Methods：Thirty-one eyes of 31 fungal keratitis patients were treated with 5% natamycin eye drop combined with 200 mg itraconazole by oral once a day. The clinical effects were observed. Results： The treatment course was 25 to 45 days. Among 31 eyes, 26 cases were cured,2 cases were improved,3 cases were not significantly improved. Two cases and 1 case in the 3 cases were treated with conjunctiva flap covering and corneal transplantation, respectively. Conclusions： The clinical effects of natamycin eye drop combined with itraconazole in the treatment of fungal keratitis are good.
