摘 要:对ZJ油田轻质原油开展注空气氧化实验,考察了添加催化剂HS对氧化反应速率、总耗氧量及原油组分与黏度的影响.结果表明,加入催化剂后氧化反应速率及总耗氧量均增加5.75倍;ZJ轻质原油经过氧化后,C9~ C13组分含量有所增加,C14~ C36组分含量略有下降;饱和烃含量基本不变,芳烃含量下降近4个百分点,非烃和沥青质含量均增加近2个百分点,氧化后脱气原油的黏度略有增加.研究认为,可以将注空气催化氧化技术作为油田开发的储备技术.From experiment on air iiijection for oxidation of light oil in the ZJ oilfield,the effects of catalyst HS on oxidation reaction rale,total oxygen consumption,crude composition and viscosity are invesligated.It is indicated from the results that the reaction rate of oxidation and oxygen consumption are increased by 5.75 times after catalyst is added;after the ZJ light crude is oxidized,the contents of G_9- C_(13) are increased;the contents of C_(14)-C_(36) are decreased slightly;the contents of saturated hydrocarbons do not change basically,that of aromatics is decreased by about 4%,those of non- hydrocarbon and asphaltine are increased by about2%,and the viscosity of degassed crude is increased slightly after oxidation.The study pointed out that air injection technology for catalytic oxidation can be regarded as a technology reserved for oilfield development.
