外科基础手术学理论与技能考试成绩的相关性分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨外科基础手术学课程理论与实践操作技能考试成绩之间的相关性。方法:以2005-2009年级1240名临床医学(本科)专业学员外科基础手术学理论与实践操作技能考试成绩为研究资料,计算两者之间的相关系数并进行统计学检验。结果:2005-2009年级学员理论考试成绩和技能考试成绩的相关系数(r)分别为0.631,0.719,0.548,0.630,0.801,统计学检验均显示理论考试成绩和技能考试成绩之间存在正性直线相关关系(P<0.01)。基础理论考试中获得高分的学员倾向于在实践操作技能考试中表现优异,反之亦然。结论:在外科基础手术学课程学习中,基础理论知识的习得有助于促进实践操作技能的提高。Objective： To investigate the correlation of scores of theoretical and skill tests in fundamental operative surgery. Methods： Correlation analysis was performed for scores of theoretical and skill tests in 1240 medical students from Grade 2005 to 2009. Results： Correlation coefficients of scores of theoretical and skill tests in medical students from Grade 2005 to 2009 were 0.631,0. 719, 0.548, 0. 630, 0.801, respectively. Statistics analysis revealed positive linear correlation between scores of theoretical and skill tests （P 〈 0. 01 ）. The student who got higher score in theoretical test tended to get higher score in skill test and vice versa. Conclusions ： The theo- retical knowledge acquisition in fundamental operative surgery can promote performance in practical skills.
