摘　　要：教学基本功比赛是提高青年教师教学能力、促进其尽快成长的重要途径。文章结合自身教学实践及参赛体会,探讨在课堂教学与讲课比赛中应注意的几个主要问题,旨在发挥讲课比赛对日常教学的辐射作用,为青年教师提高课堂教学质量提供参考。Teaching basic skills competition is an important way to improve the young teachers＇teaching ability, promote their growth as soon as possible. Combining with our own teaching practice and the racing experiences, this paper discusses several key issues about classroom teaching and teaching contests in order to exert a radiate influence on daily teaching, and provide references for the young teachers to improve the quality of classroom teaching.
