摘　　要：研究生是科技创新的主体。研究生教育是研究型大学的关键,提高研究生培养质量是教育转型的深水区。分析研究影响究生创新培训的因素,基于研究生招生规模不可能大幅提升的现状,提出"平推转重优、优生优育"的研究生培养工作思路,构建培训新模式,搭建新平台,以提升研究生培养质量和创新能力。Graduate students, as the main force of science and technology innovation, are the key for cultivating research-oriented uni- versities. Since the enrollment scale couldnt be enlarged extensively in the current time, this paper analyzes the influence factor in in- novative graduates training and then poses innovative graduates training philosophy and introduces innovative training modes and plat- forms.
