摘　　要：绩效考核考评之目的,不是考核本身,而是通过考核的发现,加强对结果的分析研判,通过评估发现问题、改进工作。通过分析问题及原因,提出完善和解决对策,为领导决策及今后的卫生检疫工作提供参考依据,本文通过对新疆出入境检验检疫局2012年卫生检疫绩效考核工作的分析,探讨了考核过程中存在的问题,提出了改进意见和措施。The purpose of performance evaluation is to analyze the faults in work and to propose the strategies for promoting and solving the problems, so that it can provide reference for decision - making and the work of health quarantine in future. Based on the analysis of the performance evaluation of the health quarantine work in Xinjiang 2012, we discuss the problems and give the improving advices.
