摘　　要：目的通过对出境劳务人员超声检查肝脏结果分析和病因调查,为出境劳务人员脂肪肝的早期预防和治疗提供帮助。方法对泰州地区2010-2011年22409名出境劳务人员超声检查肝脏结果进行分析。结果 22409名出境劳务人员中体检出脂肪肝2781例占12.4%。结论根据统计的结果,并结合实验室检查,为出境劳务人员更好地提供健康咨询和健康指导。Objective This paper analyzed 2781 cases of outbound labor with uhrasongography fatty liver, so as to give a scientific basis to prevent and treat fatty liver among the outbound labors. Methods 22409 cases of out- bound labors＇ liver uhrasonography results are analyzed in the Taizhou area during the course of 2010 -2011. Results 12.4% or 2781 cases fatty livers are found among the 22409 cases according to service personnel. Conclusion The statistical results and laboratory inspection make it possible to provide health advice and guidance to the labors with fatty liver.
