摘　　要：目的 探讨不同级别胶质瘤组织中水通道蛋白4（AQP4）表达水平的差异.方法 取我院自2008年至2012年间胶质瘤共57例石蜡包埋的肿瘤组织及10例正常脑组织,采用免疫组化法检验其AQP4水平并行统计学检验.结果 高级别胶质瘤肿瘤组织的AQP4表达水平高于低级别胶质瘤和正常脑组织的AQP4表达水平（P＜0.05）,而低级别胶质瘤的肿瘤组织与正常脑组织之间的AQP4表达水平差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）.结论 AQP4在胶质瘤中的表达水平与肿瘤病理级别密切相关.Objective Explore the difference of water channel protein 4 （AQP4） ＆#39;s expression level in different grade glioma tissues.Methods select 57 cases of paraffin embedding glioma tissues and 10 cases of normal brain tissue in our hospital from 2008 to 2012,use immunohistochemical method to test the level of AQP4 and do statistical tests.Results The AQP4 expression level in high grade glioma tumor tissues is higher than in the low grade glioma and normal brain tissue （P 〈 0.05）,and there is no statistical significance about the difference AQP4 expression levels between low grade glioma tumor tissue and normal brain tissue （P 〉 0.05）.Conclusions AQP4 expression level in glioma is closely related to the tumor pathological level.
