温阳补肾方对激素性股骨头坏死模型兔股骨头形态学的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察温阳补肾方对激素性股骨头坏死模型兔股骨头形态学的影响。方法:136只新西兰大白兔随机分为正常组、模型组、中药低、中、高剂量组。造模成功后,分别于给药后第4、8、12周取双侧股骨头行常规苏木精-伊红染色,计算空骨陷窝率。结果:第4、8、12周时,正常组、中药中、高剂量组空骨陷窝率均明显低于模型组(P<0.01)。结论:大剂量激素使用可增加股骨头空骨陷窝率,使骨过度吸收从而破坏骨质导致股骨头坏死。温阳补肾方可以降低空骨陷窝率,抑制破骨细胞的活化,促进新骨的形成。Objective.. To observe the effect of Wenyang Bushen Formula on femoral head morphology of the steroid induced femoral head necrosis model in rabbits. Methods： 136 New Zealand white rabbits were randomly divided into normal group , model group,Chinese medicine -low,medium and high dose groups. After the success of modeling, routine HE staining of bilateral femoral head were taken respectively in 4, 8, 12 weeks after administration, and the rate of empty lacuna were calculated. Results：On the 4th, 8th, 12th week, in the normal group and Chinese medicine group of medium and high dose, the rates of empty lacuna were significantly lower than those in the model group （P〈0.01）. Conclusion.. The rates of femoral head bone lacuna increased after the using of large dose of steroid , which the bone destruction caused by excessive absorption leads to necrosis of the femoral head. Wenyang Bushen decoction can reduce the rate of empty lacuna, suppress the activation of osteoclasts, promote the formation of new bone.
