摘 要:目的:探讨肺癌组织中K-ras蛋白与Bcl-2蛋白的表达意义及其相关性。方法:选取2005-01-01-2012-06-30在苏州市立医院本部手术切除并经病理确诊的99例肺癌石蜡标本,应用组织芯片和免疫组化法观察K-ras及Bcl-2蛋白在肺癌组织中的表达,分析其表达相关性及与患者临床因素的关系。结果:K-ras和Bcl-2蛋白在肺癌组织中的表达阳性率分别为25.3%(25/99)和26.3%(26/99)。K-ras蛋白的表达与性别、病理类型及分化程度差异有统计学意义,P<0.05;与年龄、有无淋巴结转移及TNM分期等因素差异无统计学意义,P>0.05。Bcl-2蛋白的表达与年龄、性别、病理类型、分化程度、有无淋巴结转移及TNM分期等因素之间差异均无统计学意义,P>0.05。K-ras与Bcl-2蛋白表达呈显著正相关,rs=0.657,P<0.01。结论:K-ras与Bcl-2蛋白可能参与肺癌的发生发展,并且存在相互促进作用。OBJECTIVE: To investigate the expression and significance of K-ras and Bcl-2 proteins in lung cancer and the relationship between them. METHODS: Ninety-nine primary lung cancer tissues samples were obtained from patients at the Suzhou Hospital Affiliated to Nanjing Medical University from January 1st 2005 to June 30th 2012. The expression of K-ras and Bcl-2 proteins in 99 specimens of lung cancer were detected by tissue microarray and immunohistochemistry. The correlations were analyzed between K-ras, Bcl-2 and gender, age, histological types, differentiation, classification of lung cancer and lymph node metastasis. RESULTS: The positive expression rates of K-ras and Bcl-2 in samples of lung cancer were 25.3% (25/99) and 26.3% (26/99) respectively. K-ras expression was related to gender,histological types, and differentiation of lung cancer (P〈0.05). No significant correlation was found between K-ras expression and age, clas- sification of lung cancer and lymph node metastasis (P〉0.05). No significant correlation was found between Bcl-2 ex- pression and age, gender, histological types, classification and differentiation of lung cancer and lymph node metastasis (P〉0.05). Furthermore, there was obviously positive correlation between K-ras and Bcl-2 (rs = 0. 657, P〈0.01). CON- CLUSIONS: K-ras and Bel-2 may contribute to the tumorogenesis and development of lung cancer. And there may exist some kind of interaction between K-ras and Bcl-2 in lung Cancer.
