摘 要:目的了解大肠埃希菌和大肠菌群测试片在细菌感染快速检测中的应用情况。方法以大肠埃希菌、阴沟肠杆菌、肺炎克雷伯菌和金黄色葡萄球菌等26种标准菌株检验测试片的敏感性和特异性,对测试片的培养时间及储存稳定性进行实验,传统方法细菌鉴定使用全自动微生物分析仪,对测试片法和传统方法检测临床标本结果进行比较。结果大肠埃希菌和大肠菌群测试片对纯菌的检测下限可达1 cfu/ml,与20种非目的菌无交叉反应,18 h可完成检测,35℃存放2周无明显变化,应用测试片法检测临床标本结果与传统方法一致。结论大肠埃希菌和大肠菌群测试片法灵敏度高、特异性强、简便快速,可用于临床标本中大肠埃希菌和大肠菌群的快速检测。Objective To investigate the application of testing slip method in rapid detection of Escherichia coli and Coliform in bacterial infection. Methods The specificity and sensitivity of the quick testing slip for Escherichia coli and Coliform were detected by 26 standard reference bacterial strains, such as Escherichia coli, Enterobacter cloacae, Klebsiella pneumoniae and Staphylococcus aureus. Incubation time and storage stability of the testing slip were tested and compared with those of traditional method of VITEK auto microbe system. Results The detection limit of the quick testing slipwas 1 efu/ml for pure bacteria cul- ture, and it had no cross -reaction with 20 non- target strains. It took 18 h to finish the whole test. There was no significant change when the testing slip was stored at 35 ℃ for two weeks. The quick testing slips were applied to detect Escherichia coli and Coliform in clinical specimens and the results were consistent with those of traditional method. Conclusion The quick testing slip was highly sensitive, strong specific, simple and rapid, it can be used to detect Escherichia.coli and Coliforms quickly in clinical specimens.
