摘 要:目的建立一种高效液相色谱-紫外检测器串联荧光检测器(HPLC-UVD-FLD)同时测定空气中9种常见多环芳烃(PAHs)的检测方法。方法将吸附有空气样品的滤膜经乙腈密封超声水浴提取处理后,以乙腈和水为流动相,进行高效液相色谱梯度淋洗分离,荧光检测器和紫外检测器检测。实验中分别对流速、流动相梯度、柱温等方面进行优化,获得最优的色谱分离条件。结果 9种多环芳烃化合物在65 min内得到了很好的分离,在0.5μg/L^100μg/L范围内线性关系良好,测定的相对标准偏差为0.90%~2.8%,加标回收率为86%~130%,符合方法学要求。结论该方法简便、灵敏、重现性好,可用于测定空气中9种多环芳烃类化合物的同时测定。Objective To establish a method for simuhaneous determination of nine kinds of common polycyclic aromatic hydro- carbons (PAHs) in air by high -performance liquid chromatography with fluorescence detector and ultraviolet detector( HPLC - UVD - FLD). Methods The air sample was adsorbed by filter membrane and extracted by acetronitrile ultrasonic water bath, then PAHs in air sample were separated with acetonitrile and water as mobile phase for gradient ellution, and detected by fluo- rescence detector and ultraviolet detector. The flow rate, gradient of mobile phase, as well as column temperature were all opti- mized to obtain the optimal chromatographic separation conditions. Results Nine PAHs were separated well within 65 min, showing good linearity in the range of 0.5 μg/L - 100 μg/L. The relative standard deviations were 0.90% - 2.8% , and the re- coveries were 86% - 130%, in accordance with the requirements of methodology. Conclusion HPLC with fluorescence detec- tor and ultraviolet detector was simple, sensitive and reproducible for detection of multiple PAHs in air at the same time.
