摘  要:目的建立电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP—MS)法测定海参胶囊中A1(铝)的残留量方法。方法采用微波消解,以钪为内标,ICP—MS法测定铝元素的残留量。结果Al(铝)的标准曲线的相关系数0.9977,回收率为95.6%-100.4%(n=3),其RSD在0.9%~2.4%。结论本法灵敏度高,简便,易行,结果准确可靠,可用于海参胶囊中铝的测定,可为海参胶囊中的质量控制提供依据。Objective To establish the inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry ( ICP - MS) method for determination of aluminum in sea cucumber capsule. Methods The sample was treated with microwave digestion system, then based on Sc as internal standard, ICP - MS method was used for determination of aluminum residues. Results The correlation coefficient of A1 (aluminum) standard curve was 0. 9977, the recovery rate was 95.6% - 100.4% ( n = 3 ), the RSD was between 0.9% - 2.4%. Conclusion The method is simple, fast, accurate, high sensitive, easy to operate, and it can be used for determina- tion of aluminum in the sea cucumber capsule.
