摘　　要：儿童急性早幼粒细胞白血病治疗方案包括诱导缓解、巩固治疗和维持治疗.其预后与发病年龄、初诊时外周血白细胞数、PML-RARa融合基因的转阴情况及酪氨酸激酶受体基因FLT3突变率有关.Treatment options for children with acute promyelocytic leukemia include induced remission,conso- lidation therapy and maintenance therapy. The prognosis is related to the age of onset, initial white blood cell count in peripheral blood, negative situation of PML-RARa fusion gene and mutation rates of fins like tyrosine kinase 3 receptor gene.
