摘　　要：医学传播对医学发展具有正价值,然而频繁出现的医药企业违规违纪现象引发了人们对其社会责任的思考。医学的社会性是医学传播承担社会责任的伦理基础,医学目的规定着医学传播承担社会责任的必然性。医学传播的社会责任包括法律责任和道德责任等,应从加强行业自律、制定相关准则等方面对医学传播过程进行伦理控制。Medical Spread has a positive value for the development of medicine. However, the recent frequent phenomenon of violation of discipline in pharmaceutical companies caused people to think about its social responsibility. Sociality of medicine is the ethical foundation of medical communication＇s social responsibility. Medical purposes decide the necessity of the social responsibility of medical communication. The social responsibility of medical communication includes the legal responsibility and moral responsibility. It should strengthen industry self-discipline to formulate relevant standards and other aspects to carry out ethical control on medical communication process.
