医学生临床实习中的伦理问题审视

摘　　要：医学生在临床实习中,由于受传统伦理观影响、患者权利意识增强、个别带教教师带教意识和医德医风欠佳以及实习生医学人文素质缺乏等原因而面临一些问题。建议摒弃传统观念束缚、促进各学科均衡发展,建立带教准入制度、拓展模拟教学思路,转变学校及医院医学教育模式,以加强医学生人文素质培养。Medical students have faced some problems in clinical practice, because the effect of the traditional ethics, the patients＇ rights consciousness enhancement, individual teaching consciousness of teaching teachers and poor and interns medical students lack of humanistic quality. This paper suggested that abandon the traditional concept of bondage, and promote the balanced development of the discipline, to set up the teaching access system, expand simulation teaching ideas, transform schools and hospital medical education mode, to strengthen the medical students＇ humanistic quality education.
