摘　　要：介绍了人文素质教育的内涵,阐述了高校图书馆人文素质教育的功能,结合图书馆的实际工作,提出了新形势下创建人文素质教育基地的有效途径。This paper introduces the connotation of humanistic quality education, expounds the functions of humanistic quality education of university library, and combining with the actual work of library, puts forward several effective ways for creating the humanistic quality education base under the new situation.
