摘 要:针对目前我国近海隔震桥梁抗震设防标准的现状,通过引入基于性态的抗震设计思想,建立近海隔震桥梁的抗震设防标准。将近海隔震桥梁按桥梁的使用功能、政治、经济的影响分为三个设防等级,通过定义三个设防水准,将多级设防思想应用到实践中。将桥梁结构划分为"五种"性态水平,结合各类桥梁相应的地震动水准建立12个结构最低性态目标,其中一级桥梁采用三水准设防,二、三级桥梁采用两水准设防;本文根据三类隔震桥梁的重要性建立抗震设计类别。结果表明采用基于性态的抗震设计方法为我国近海隔震桥梁制定抗震设防标准是可行的。Aiming at the present situation of china' s earthquake fortification level for offshore isolated bridges, and introducing the performance-based seismic design criteria, a new earthquake fortification level for offshore isolated bridges was established in this paper. The offshore isolated brides" fortification levels were categorized into three grades according to bridges " function and the impact on the economy and the politics, and by defining three fortification levels the multilevel fortification idea was applied to practice. The bridge structures were classified into five behavior levels, and combining with the corresponding ground motion levels of various kinds of bridges, 12 lowest behavior objectives were established, three earthquake performance objectives methods were adopted for Level 1 isolated bridge, and two earthquake performance objectives methods were adopted for Level 2 and Level 3 isolated bridges. The seismic design categories are determined according to the importance of the three-level isolated bridges. The results indicate that using the performance-based seismic fortification criteria is feasible to set the earthquake resistance level for offshore isolated brides.
