摘  要:目的了解重庆市在校大学生男男性行为者(MSM)社会支持现状及影响因素,为改善相关人群的社会支持现状提供参考。方法采取"滚雪球"抽样方法,共抽取253名重庆市大学生MSM进行自填式问卷调查,采用多阶段分层整群抽样方法抽取重庆普通男大学生361名作为对照,采用社会支持评定量表进行调查。结果大学生MSM在客观支持、主观支持、社会支持利用度和社会支持总分上均低于普通男大学生,差异均有统计学意义(P值均<0.01)。多元线性逐步回归分析显示,重庆市在校大学生MSM社会支持的影响因素有籍贯(β=-0.912)、有无固定性伴侣(β=-3.961)、性病感染情况(β=2.803)、圈内朋友数(β=1.579)、性角色(β=1.158)、是否是独生子女(β=5.034)(P值均<0.05)。结论重庆市在校大学生MSM社会支持较低。应有效改善相关人群的社会支持状况,减少歧视给大学生MSM带来的健康危害。Objective To investigate social support and associated factors among college male student who have sex with men ( MSM ) of Chongqing. Methods In the quantitative research "snowball sampling" and network survey were combined to col- lect 253 college student MSM to participate in the self-administered questionnaire survey. Meanwhile, a multi-stage stratified cluster sampling method was used to investigate 361 average college students as control. Results Objective support, subjective support, availability of social support and the total scores of social support in the college student MSM group were significantly lower than that in the control group(P〈0.01). Multiple linear stepwise regression analysis showed that associated factors of social support among college student MSM included native place (β=-0.912,P=0.02), regular partners (β=-3. 961 ,P〈0.01 ), STD infections (β= 2. 803, P = 0.03 ) , number of friends inside the circle (β = 1. 579, P = 〈0.01 ) , sexual role (β= 1. 158, P = 0.02 ) , only child in the family(β= 5. 034 ,P〈0.01 ). Conclusion Social support among college student MSM is still low. Special support should be encouraged for them to cope with the stress from stigma and discrimination.
