摘 要:荞麦由于其含有丰富的营养物质和特殊的健康成分,在近年来颇受推崇。但是,由于荞麦米加工环节存在着生产率低、耗能高等问题,荞麦米的加工成本增加,在一定程度上制约了荞麦作为健康的粮食而被广泛推广。从荞麦米在线流量控制的角度分析了谷物加工行业在流量控制方面的实际应用现状,提出了在荞麦米加工过程中应用容积法实时检测和控制在线流量的建议,为今后荞麦米加工设备的设计和改进提出了新的方案。The buckwheat has being thought highly of in recent years as it contains rich nutrients and special healthy ingredients. However, because there exist some problems in the processing of buckwheat rice, such as low production and high energy consumption, the finished cost is increasing. These problems restrict the popularization of buckwheat. This article has analyzed the actual application situation of flow control system in grain processing industry from the perspective of buckwheat rice on-line flow control. It has also suggested using volume method to detect and control on-line flow in the processing. This article has proposed a new scheme for the design and improvement of buckwheat rice processing equipment.
