摘　　要：鼻胶质瘤亦称鼻神经胶质瘤,属于异位胶质瘤,是一种极为罕见的良性肿瘤。本文报告1例新生儿鼻外型胶质瘤,与一般鼻胶质瘤不同的是,本例患儿伴有先天性鼻缺损畸形。Nasal glioma, which is also known as nasal glial heterotopia, is a rare benign congenital lesion. A lot of explanations for the pathogenesis of this disease have already been provided. However, all of them lack theoretical basis. Nowadays, for nasal glioma, complete resection of the tumor is generally used in clinic treatment. CT examination or MRI is necessary for confirming the lesions and the relation between the tumor and intracranial part. This paper reported a neonatal nasal glioma ease associated with congenital nasal deformity.
