鼻内镜手术治疗鼻腔鼻窦内翻性乳头状瘤35例的临床观察

摘　　要：目的 探讨鼻内镜手术治疗鼻腔鼻窦内翻性乳头状瘤的手术方法及疗效. 方法 对2005-02～2010-02收治的35例接受手术治疗的鼻腔鼻窦内翻性乳头状瘤患者资料进行回顾性分析,根据病变范围及病变分期,采取不同范围的鼻内镜鼻腔鼻窦乳头状瘤切除术,术后随访12-36个月,观察疗效. 结果 35例患者均在鼻内镜直视下切除肿瘤,无眶内及颅内并发症发生,术后临床症状消失,术后随访12-36个月,4例患者复发,总复发率11.4％. 结论 鼻内镜手术是治疗鼻腔鼻窦乳头状瘤有效、安全的方法,具有微创、视野清楚、出血量少等优点,术后定期随访是治疗成功的关键.Objective To explore the long-term effects of endoscopic surgery for the sinonasal inverted papilloma.Methods The clinical data of 35 patients with sinonasal inverted papilloma undergoing endoscopic surgery from February 2005 to February 2010 were retrospectively reviewed.According to the papilloma scope and phase,the patients underwent sinonasal papilloma endoscopic surgery in the different scopes.All the patients were followed up for 12-36 months to observe the clinical efficacy.Results All 35 patients underwent the endoscopic surgery.No intra-orbital and intra-cranial complications occurred.All the symptoms of the patients disappeared after the operation.During the follow-up for 12-36 months,4 patients papilloma recurred and the total recurred rate was 11.4％.Conclusion The endoscopic surgery is an effective,safe method in the treatment of sinonasal papilloma with the advantages of the micro-damage,clear visual field,less hemorrhage,and the periodical follow-up is a crucial factor for the successful treatment.
