准分子激光角膜前弹力层磨镶术矫正近视的临床效果

摘　　要：目的探讨准分子激光角膜前弹力层磨镶术(SBK)矫正近视的临床效果。方法选取2012年6月至2013年2月在我院就诊的要求矫正近视的患者120例(240只眼),随机分为SBK组和LASIK(准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术)组,每组60例(120只眼)。SBK组和LASIK组患者分别使用准分子激光前弹力层下角膜磨镶术和准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术进行视力矫正。所有患者随访1年,记录患者的裸眼视力、屈光度和并发症。结果 SBK组和LASIK组患者各时间段裸眼视力与各自组的术前水平相比,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义;SBK组屈光度回退率和LASIK组比较,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论 SBK矫正近视安全有效,屈光度回退率低。Objective To investigate sub-Bowman keratomileusis （SBK） for myopia correction effect. Methods Selected 120 patients （240 eyes） who requsted the correction of myopia in our hospital during June 2012 to February 2013, randomly divided into SBK group and TASIK （ laser in situ keratomileusis ） group,each group of 60 cases （ 120 eyes）. SBK group and LASIK patients, respectively, using sub-Bowman keratomileusis and laser in situ keratomileusis for vision correc- tion. All patients were follow-up for 1 year, recording the patient＇s visual acuity, refraction and complications. Results SBK group and LASIK group each time period of visual acuity compare to the preoperative level, P 〈0.05, the difference was not statistically significant; SBK group diopter rollback rate compare with LASIK group, P 〈 0. 05, statistically signifi- cant difference. Conduslon Sub-Bowman keratomileusis for correction of myopia is safe and effective, its low diopter roll- back rate.
