摘　　要：眼眶病变处理目前仍集中在手术治疗,眼眶手术入路的选择受到病变位置、性质、大小以及术前影像学检查判断、手术方式选择、眼眶自身特点等多方面的影响。本文意在介绍各类手术入路的方法与改良、适应证、以及该入路的优缺点和相关入路的新发展。Surgery is still the mainstay for the treatment of orbital diseases. The approach of surgery depends on lo- catlon, character and size of the diseased structures. Preoperative imaging Results,specific surgery procedures and anatomi- cal characters of the patients also determine the choice of approaches. In this article we discussed current approaches and their modifications, indications, advantages, disadvantages, and future trends.
