摘　　要：研究表明微小RNA(microRNA,miRNA)参与了胃癌的发生、发展。胃癌患者血清中可检测到部分miRNA的存在,而且与临床分期及预后等相关。本文对胃癌血清miRNA标志物的最新研究进展作一概述。MicroRNAs （miRNAs） play important roles in gastric cancer. Some miRNAs could be detected in the se- rum of patients with gastric cancer, and associated with clinical stages and prognosis. The recent advances in the re- search of serum marker of miRNAs in gastric cancer were reviewed in this paper.
