摘　　要：高危白内障因具有“高危”的特点,临床工作中应给予足够的重视以降低医疗风险.本文简要分析高危白内障手术风险的种类和风险的特点,并提出具体防范措施.加强医疗风险管理是减少医疗纠纷、改善医患关系的有效途径.In the clinical work of high risk cataract surgery enough attention should be paid to reduce the medical risk because of its ＂high risk＂ features.The risk types and risk characteristics of high risk cataract surgery were analysed briefly,and specific preventive measures were introduced.Strengthen the management of medical risk is an efficient way to reduce the medical disputes and improve the relationship between doctors and patients.
