甲硝唑糊剂一次性根管充填的远期疗效观察

摘　　要：应用甲硝唑糊剂一次性充填治疗感染根管、慢性根尖周炎 82例 . 5年后随访复查 67例成功 58例 ( 86.57% ) ,失败 9例 ( 13.4 3% ) .结果表明 ,甲硝唑糊剂可以作为一种根管充填剂使用 .甲硝唑糊剂对感染根管疗效较佳 ,对慢性尖周炎疗效一般 ,对慢性窦道型尖周炎疗效较差 .一次性根管充填法具有复诊率低 ,疗程短 ,临床操作简便等优点 .Metronidazole paste was used as immediate root canal filling material in 82 cases with infections canal and chronic apical periodontitis.67 cases were followed up and examined 5 years later.58 of them showed effective results,while 9 of them not.The success rate was 86.57% and the failure rate was 13.43%.The result showed that metronidazole paste was effective in treating infected root canals,and ineffective in treating chronic apical periodontitis.It was believed that metionidazle paste could be used as an immediate root cand filling meterial,having the advantages of short course of treatment and simple procedure.
