摘  要:精密绳传动作为一种新型传动形式,已经发展成为齿轮传动、链传动、带传动等传动方式的替代形式,具有高刚度、高效率、轻量化、无摩擦、低空回以及无需润滑等明显优势,在光电跟踪等系统广泛应用。研究了从理论上分析精密绳传动空回特性的方法,为设计者在设计初期预估系统最终精度特性提供理论依据。计算了精密绳传动系统中滑移段和无滑移段的绳变形公式,推导了传动空回公式,参数化分析了传动空回与系统主要设计参数包括预紧力、摩擦系数、包角以及负载力等之间的关系,并通过构建实验系统分析了预紧力对传动空回的影响,测试结果验证了理论分析方法的正确性。Precise cable drive has been developed as an alternative transmission element to gearbox , chains, and belt.It has the advantages of high stiffness, high efficiency, no friction and low backlash, and is widely used in electro-optical tracking system such as missile seeker .The analytical method is de-veloped to predict the transmission backlash characteristics of precise cable drive to enable designers to assess the precision performance in the design study phase .The deformation of cable in slip region and free region is calculated and theoretical formulation of transmission backlash for precise cable drive is car -ried out.Parametric studies are conducted to evaluate the relationship between the transmission backlash and cable drive main parameters including preload force , friction coefficient, wrap angle and load force. Experimental setup is built and the effect of preload force on transmission backlash is investigated .Exper-imental results verify the validation of the theoretical method developed in this paper .
